Mi Lupita Taco House opens its doors at 6:30 every morning, and by the time the after-church Sunday crowd rolls in, the whole dining room is buzzing. We're a family-run taco house serving the kind of Tex-Mex that Gonzales has grown up on: breakfast tacos wrapped to order, puffy tacos fried golden, and enchiladas smothered the way abuela taught us.

Locals order by number — ask for a #2 or a #5 and our waiters will know exactly what's coming. Our salsa is made fresh in-house daily, and more than a few regulars will tell you it's the best in town. We keep things simple, honest, and full of flavor, whether you're grabbing breakfast before work or settling in with the family after Sunday service.
